The Alabama Bond Authorization Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 4, 1985, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to authorize bonds for a number of purposes including acquiring land in Mobile County to be used by the Department of the Navy.
