The Alabama Bullock County Probate Court Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 28, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to authorize the legislature to regulate the fees and commissions of the probate court in Bullock County and to place the probate court judge on a salary.[1]
