Alabama Calhoun County Economic Development Amendment (1994)

The Alabama Calhoun County Economic Development Amendment, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to authorize the creation of the Calhoun County Economic Development Council and to ratify all actions that were taken by the council prior to the approval of this amendment to aid the county and the municipalities in the county in promoting their economic growth.[1][2]
