Alabama Calhoun County Industrial Parks Amendment (September 1982)

The Alabama Calhoun County Industrial Parks Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 28, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that the government of Calhoun County, as well as local governments within the county, should be permitted to acquire and develop properties for use as industrial parks.[1]
