The Alabama Chambers County Property Tax Increase for Library Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Alabama on June 7, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It proposed the levying of a property tax in Chambers County, the proceeds of which would be used to support a public library.[1]
