The Alabama City of Alabaster Property Tax Amendment, also known as Amendment 20, was on the ballot in Alabama on March 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to permit the City of Alabaster to levy additional property taxes.[1]
