The Alabama Clarke County Courts Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 28, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that costs and charges of the courts in Clarke County could be regulated by the legislature.[1]
