Alabama Cleburne County Officers Amendment (December 1973)

The Alabama Cleburne County Officers Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 18, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that the legislature had the authority to set the salaries of probate judges and other local government officers in Cleburne County. It also proposed that the legislature could regulate court fees in the county.[1]
