The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 10, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature would be authorized to fix and regulate the costs and charges of the probate judge and sheriff in Barbour County.[1]
