Alabama County Budget, Amendment 13 (1965)

The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 13, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 30, 1965, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment stated the following: "The legislature may from time to time, by general, special or local laws, fix, regulate, and alter the costs and charges of courts in Dallas County, and the method of disbursement thereof."[1]
