The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 13, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 5, 1967, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature would be authorized to fix, regulate and alter the costs and charges of Elmore County courts.[1]
