The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 17, also known as Amendment 17, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature would be authorized to fix and regulate the compensation of county officers in Tallapoosa County. The above must be first approved by a majority of electors.
