The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 2, 1954, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature may alter and regulate the costs and charges of the Courts in Madison County, and the method of disbursement.[1]
