The Alabama County Budget, Amendment 4, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 13, 1949, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature fix, regulate or alter the fees, commissions, allowances and salaries of the county offices in the county of Franklin.
