The Alabama County Government, Amendment 20, also known as Amendment 20, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature consolidate the county offices of Talladega County.[1]
