Alabama County Pension, Amendment 13 (1960)

The Alabama County Pension, Amendment 13, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Alabama on February 16, 1960, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that legislature would establish a pension fund for the public officers of Mobile County and the municipalities in Mobile County. The act must be voted on by the electors and pass with a majority.[1]
