The Alabama County Tax, Amendment 10, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 5, 1967, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that Mobile County would be authorized to levy and collect a special tax not to exceed 20 cents on each $100 of taxable property to help fund public medical facilities.The above must be first approved by a majority of electors.[1]
