Alabama County and Municipal Tax, Amendment 15 (1969)

The Alabama County and Municipal Tax, Amendment 15, also known as Amendment 15, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that a school tax be levied and collected of one-half of one percent of taxable property in Dale County and in the city of Ozark. The above must be first approved by a majority of electors.[1]
