The Alabama District School Tax, Amendment 13, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that a district school tax be levied and collected of no more than 10 mills in districts 1 and 2 in Colbert County. The above must be first approved by a majority of electors.
