The Alabama Forever Wild Land Trust Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to allow the acquisition and maintenance of "unique land and water areas" in the state.[1]
