The Alabama Henry County Probate Court Amendment, also known as Amendment 14, was on the ballot in Alabama on March 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that the costs and charges of the probate court in Henry County would be regulated by the legislature.[1]
