The Alabama Houston County Bingo Games Amendment, also known as Amendment 19, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that nonprofit organizations in Houston County would be permitted to hold bingo games to raise funds for educational and charitable purposes.[1][2]
