The Alabama Legislatives Sessions, Amendment 5, also known as Amendment 5, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 7, 1915, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution: Section 48. The amendment proposed that the legislature, beginning with the first session of 1919, convene sessions biennially.[1]
