Alabama Montgomery County Bingo Amendment (September 1982)

The Alabama Montgomery County Bingo Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 7, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that nonprofit groups in Montgomery County could conduct legal bingo games to raise funds for charitable or educational purposes.[1]
