Alabama Morgan County Officers Amendment (December 1973)

The Alabama Morgan County Officers Amendment, also known as Amendment 6, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 18, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that the legislature had the authority to create or abolish local government offices in Morgan County and to transfer duties from one county office to another.[1]
