The Alabama Municipal Property, Amendment 33, also known as Amendment 33, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the city of Birmingham would be authorized to manipulate and lease public parks or playgrounds.[1]
