Alabama St. Clair County Amendment (September 1982)

The Alabama St. Clair County Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 28, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to repeal the amendment approved in 1961 regarding the legislative authority to regulate costs and commissions of officials in St. Clair County.[1]
