Alabama Sumter County Courts Amendment (1980)

The Alabama Sumter County Courts Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 19, 1980, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that costs and charges of the courts in Sumter County would be set by the legislature.[1]
