The Alabama Tax Revenue Spending, Amendment 28, also known as Amendment 28, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the revenue from the special property tax levied and collected by Chambers County be reallocated to help fund health care in the county. The above must be first approved by a majority of electors.[1]
