The Alabama White Hall Nonprofit Bingo Authorization Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 7, 2000, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that nonprofit organizations in the Town of Whitehall could hold bingo games to support charitable and educational programs.[1]

Relating to The Town of White Hall located in Lowndes County, proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, authorizing the operation of bingo games by nonprofit organizations for charitable, educational, and other lawful purposes. (Proposed by Act No. 2000-401)[2][3] |
