The Alabama Wilcox County Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that the costs and charges of the courts in Wilcox County could be regulated by the legislature.[1]
