Alan Acker
Alan Acker was a judge for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. He was appointed to this position on May 14, 2010 by Gov. Ted Strickland.[1][2] His term expired February 7, 2011.[3]
Education
Acker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology.[4]
2010 election
Acker ran as an incumbent for the seat he was appointed to. He was defeated by Robert G. Montgomery in the general election.[5]
