Alan Mann is the Republican Place 7 judge on 23rd Circuit Court in Alabama. He was first elected to the court in 2010. Mann won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1][2]

Mann defeated Annary Aytch Cheatham (D) in the general election on November 2, 2012, for the Alabama 23rd Circuit Court judgeship. Mann earned 65.18 percent of the vote, compared to Cheatham's 34.82 percent.[2]
