Alan McClain
Alan McClain was the Arkansas Commissioner of Insurance. He assumed office in 2020. He left office on September 1, 2025.
Biography
Alan McClain earned a bachelor's degree from Hendrix College and a graduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. His career experience includes working in the field of workers' compensation insurance.[1]
Political career
Arkansas Commissioner of Insurance (2020-2025)
McClain was appointed by Gov. Hutchinson to replace Allen Kerr, who served from 2015 to 2020.[1]
