Pinkham ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 51. Pinkham defeated Jessica Chubbuck in the June 12 Republican primary on June 12, 2012 and was defeated by Michael Devin (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
