The Alaska Appropriations from Alaska Permanent Fund Amendment was a proposed constitutional amendment that was not placed by the Alaska Legislature on a 2016 election ballot.
Upon voter approval, the measure would have limited appropriations from the Alaska permanent fund based on an averaged percent of the fund market value.[1]
