The Alaska Constitutional Budget Reserve Fund Amendment was a proposed constitutional amendment that was not placed by the Alaska Legislature on a 2016 election ballot.

Upon voter approval, the measure would have adjusted the amount of money that can be appropriated from the Constitutional Budget Reserve (CBR) Fund.[1][2]

The bill, known as House Joint Resolution 19 (HJR 19) in the legislature, was sponsored by Rep. Lora Reinbold (R-14).[2][3]
