The Alaska Definition of Marriage Amendment was a proposed constitutional amendment that was not placed by the Alaska Legislature on a 2016 election ballot.

If approved, the measure would have repealed Section 25 of Article 1 of the Alaska Constitution, which defines marriage as between one man and one woman.[1]
