The Alaska Judicial Council Amendment was a proposed constitutional amendment that was not placed by the Alaska Legislature on a 2016 election ballot.
If approved, the measure would have increased the number of members on the judicial council and subjected new members to confirmation by the Alaska State Legislature.[1]
