The Alaska Legislative Term Limits Amendment was a proposed constitutional amendment that was not placed by the Alaska Legislature on a 2016 election ballot.

Upon voter approval, the measure would have amended the Alaska Constitution so "no person who has served as a representative for four full or partial successive terms shall again be eligible to hold that office until one full term has intervened. No person who has served as a senator for two full or partial successive terms shall again be eligible to hold that office until one full term has intervened."[1]
