Judge Radcliff passed away on January 19, 2011. He was 63 years old. Judge Radcliffe is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nancy, and two daughters, Crystalyn Bush and Jennifer Radcliffe.[1]
Education
Judge Radcliffe earned his J.D. at the University of Oregon and his Bachelors at the University of Oregon.[2]
