Albert S. Dabrowski was the chief judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Connecticut. He was appointed to the court in 1993.[1] He retired from the court in April 2015.[2]

Dabrowski received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from Suffolk University.[3][1]
