Albert Willis Northrop is a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court for Prince George's County in Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since June 27, 2006 and his current term expires in 2023.[2][3]

Northrop received his undergraduate degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1974.[2]
