Alberto Halphen was a 2010 Republican candidate for District 11 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Halphen ran against Carol Byrd, Michael Collins (Maryland), Gregory Prush, William Badore and Steven Smith in the September 14 primary. In the general election, Smith, Collins, and Byrd were defeated by Democrats Jon Cardin, Dan Morhaim (incumbent) and Dana Stein (incumbent). Brandon Brooks ran in the general election as a Libertarian candidate.[1]
