There was a Albuquerque City Transportation Tax proposition on the October 6, 2009 in Bernalillo County.
This proposition sought to add a one-quarter of a percent tax which would go to fun road improvements, road construction, maintenance and the building of bike and trail ways.
This tax was approved by city voters with 58.76% of voters in favor of it.
