Albus Brooks
Albus Brooks was a member of the Denver City Council in Colorado, representing District 9. Brooks left office on July 15, 2019.
Brooks ran for re-election to the Denver City Council to represent District 9 in Colorado. Brooks lost in the general runoff election on June 4, 2019.
He was first elected to District 8 on the council in 2011. He ran for District 9 in 2015 due to redistricting.[1]

2015
The city of Denver, Colorado, held elections for mayor and city council on May 5, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was March 11, 2015. All 13 city council seats were up for election. In District 9, Albus Brooks defeated Michael Borcherding and Ean Thomas Tafoya.[2] Incumbent Judy Montero did not run for re-election.[3]
