I am a conservative fighter who has stood with Gov. DeSantis and my colleagues in the Legislature to protect Floridians from unconstitutional federal overreach. I am a proven conservative who has helped pass pro-life, pro-military, and pro-law and order bills in the Florida House. In my first four years in office, I have brought home millions for our infrastructure and our environment, and I have served as one of the strongest conservatives in Florida.
  • I have fought alongside Gov. DeSantis to make Florida the freest state in the country.
  • I have brought more record funding home for our roads and our schools.
  • I consistently uphold my oath to the US and Florida Constitution.
Transportation, Healthcare and our Commerce/Regulatory systems.

Representative Andrade has earned a reputation for being a talented advocate and fighter for conservative, small government and strict constitutionalist policy. He works tirelessly for his Northwest Florida region, focusing funding on infrastructure and the areas environment. Representative Andrade is 100% pro-life, and has a 100% pro-life voting record.
  • Strong reputation for adherence to the Constitution
  • Firm believer in reducing the amount of government in our lives
  • Supports President Trump and Governor DeSantis's work to Make America Great Again
Representative Andrade has a broad experience in infrastructure, healthcare, civil justice and support for the right to life and the 2nd Amendment.
I look up to the men and women in the Florida House who have created the culture of support for shrinking the size and scope of Florida's government and a continued return to fundamental constitutional principles.
Humility, a strong understanding of constitutional principles, and an understanding of what it actually takes to pass or block initiatives.
Humility, a strong work ethic, a willingness to advocate ceaselessly for your district, and an understanding of the basic procedural rules of the legislature.
One of empowering others in Pensacola to lead.
Aside from the Bible. The Sun Also Rises. It interviews tragedy, the human condition, and duty in a very special way.
Nick Carraway. He's an apt and accurate student of the human condition, and he's a good judge of character.
The use of Christ's name to score cheap political points.
Our procedural differences allow for power to be more decentralized in the Senate, while the House's relative philosophical certainty, born out of a secure conservative majority, allows for it to be more uniform and formulaic.
No, but I do believe anyone running for these positions should understand what areas the district actually represents, and understands how the job actually operates. I originally ran for this position because I knew I understood the process and the job itself, and how to do it to the best of my ability, better than anyone else in my district.
Our precipitous population growth will continue to strain our current housing and environmental capacity.
One of mutual respect, understanding the limits of each office and operating within our respective roles in an honest, forthright manner.
Yes, if you cannot get a majority of other legislators to support your initiatives, you cannot pass policies that benefit your district.
The legislative process in Florida allows for public comment, several steps of review, and a focus on equal representation for populations throughout the State.
Their breadth, Ive sat on committees related to justice, commerce, healthcare and state affairs. That breadth allowed me to have an outsized role on several different policy segments.
I've had too many to count. Every day, I'm able to help constituents make the State work for them. During COVID-19, our unemployment benefits struggled to process the influx of claims. Every day my office receives a thank you from a constituent who finally received their benefits, I'm proud to serve them with compassion, empathy and humility.

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Florida

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
