Alexander Bicks
Alexander Bicks (1901-1963) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Bicks was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on April 6, 1954, to a seat vacated by Vincent Leibell; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 11, 1954, and received his commission on May 12th. He served until his death on May 9, 1963. [1] Bicks was succeeded in this position by Charles Tenney.
