Alexander Burton Hagner
Alexander Burton Hagner (1826-1915) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He was nominated by President Rutherford B. Hayes on January 17, 1879. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 21, 1879, and received commission that same day. He retired on June 1, 1903.[1]
