Alexander Holtzoff (1886-1969) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Holtzoff was nominated by President Harry Truman on September 12, 1945, to a seat vacated by Bolitha Laws; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 24, 1945, and received commission on September 28. He assumed senior status on December 31, 1967, and served in that capacity until his death on September 6, 1969.[1]
